Phoenix launch off  Puerto Rico during January 1983 workups. Crew was Lt. jg Mike 'Sluggo' Higgins (Pilot) and Lt. Joe 'Sluf' Chartrand (RIO). Resulted in warhead kill of MQM-74 drone.
